Breakfast was amazing, so many choices and very delicious. Very nice staff everywhere. Marvellpis garden with Koi fish. Room is clean and the hotel is near the mall & near restaurants. The room is quite small and also the bathroom.

The location is excellent and the room is confortable. The staff are very friendly and always ready for help. The old taditional toillet. If possible, washlets are highly recommended to replace the old ones.

Towels were not change when the room was cleaned. It was just folded.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a variety of choices and the taste was good. The staff were attentive and very courteous. The facilities were not that good. The bathroom door did not close properly - I had to use a slipper to keep it closed or it would have kept sliding open. The bath robes were missing belt holes. There were food items not available in room service at 9pm.

My flight was cancelled and moved early. They agreed to early chech in.

Breakfast is excellent! The staff are really friendly and helpful. A little mishap in the housekeeping area, but they were able to correct it asap. Location is very close to the shopping mall. Just the walk outside the hotel is a little scary. The cars there don't prioritize pedestrians. You have to be very careful.
