Always stay here when i have upcoming flights, its not the nearest to the airport but the comfort and price is reasonable, theres an ongoing construction in the lobby so theres alot of dust and cement everywhere and the basement wasnt available for parking so we had to park on the street but the staff was really nice and accommodating, would loveit if they could help with the bags and stuff tho Theres plenty of insects and cockroaches ?

the internet connection is not stable. when i arrived the tv is not connected, although when i stepped outside and came back, it was automatically connected. still not stable because my phone cant connect to it.

The food is good. The location is good also but the downside only is, there's no available restaurant within the vicinity of the hotel.

Loved how easy it was to book and check-in. Also loved the bathroom The floor was sticky when we entered the room. We asked for slippers, they only gave us 3 when they knew we were 4 :/. I paid for addtl pax, yet the toiletries and water that they gave us was only for 2. I paid for addtl pax, I didn’t sneak them in so we should’ve been provided 4 of everything. We also tried to use Netflix but it wasn’t loading. So we called reception. Then one of our friends were downstairs, she heard the staff say (non verbatim) “Ah malaki kasi yung TV dun, hindi lang sila familiar.” ????? Is that how u treat ur guests? Lol

We stayed in room 304. It was by the corner WIFI was very bad and also data signal was very low which make our internet access very slow. In room doesn't have hair dryer as described in information about room.
