Breakfast was good—there weren’t a lot of choices, but there was plenty of food and everything tasted great. The staff and security were always attentive. Even when I stepped near the main hall, a guard was already there to welcome me and open the door. I did encounter some noise because the room opposite had a group of noisy teenage girls. I requested a room change, and the staff handled it very professionally—they brought me to another room to view it first and asked for my feedback before confirming the switch. It would be great to have EV charging facilities at the hotel to encourage more EV owners to stay here. While there are a few charging stations nearby, nothing beats the convenience of being able to charge your car directly at the hotel during your stay. Maybe a better queen bed haha wife complain when i move the bed shakes haha.

Stayed here over CNY and it was superb. Rooms and bathrooms were huge and spacious for 2A2C. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was average but good enough. Like that they do alacarte breakfast when guest numbers are low, and buffet when high. Really comfortable and we will definitely stay again. During CNY, there were some road diversions so it was easier to walk back from the mall then to take a grab.

Since my stay is within weekdays choice to breakfast is limited and not buffet as expected from my previous stay. Seems that we are the only occupants for the period. Cleanliness and the luxury ambiance

Clean, comfortable bed, nice pillow. Shower water was not warm (despite at maximum hot). The bath water was between cold and warm. The bath water also drains slightly slower than the water coming in - took us 45 mins to fill the tub to 50%. Not a good experience considering we looked forward to the bath.
