All clean, friendly staff and very good breakfast. Quiet area, a good range of shops near by The WiFi is not very reliable. I was on the third floor, and it just didn't work.

Service great. Room v clean. Bf good. Bed comfy. Near to important night streets and restaurants. TV channel in my room only had 3 malay channels. Would be perfect if netflix is available on these. or at least some chinese channels.

Breakfast was fine. Location was excellent bathroom lighting was not the best as far as being able to see when shaving in the mirror. Everything was clean the Front Desk staff were amazing very very helpful and never acted like it was a bother to answer a question. The hot water didn’t get as hot as it should and it ran out very quickly. Really the hot water is the main reason that my overall score was not a 10. Great job just needs a little tweaking! On demand hot water did not keep up with shower needs even went on less than full and with no cold added… bathroom lighting was lackluster as far as ability to see well during shaving of face in mirror.

This property is nice, they serve a nice breakfast, staff was friendly… My room didn’t have hot water the entire time- for 3D3N. Also, the Wi-Fi was pretty bad, as it was even difficult to make a phone call using the connection there.

The staff were friendly and easy check procedure. Rooms/bathrooms were very clean. Beds and pillow very comfy. The restaurant served good breakfast but need to manage some cleanliness as had too many flies.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was worth the price paid. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Malacca.

I like the room environment, which was quiet and pleasant. The room was well-maintained, clean, and spacious. The room air conditioner was noisy and started to leak. Had a sleepless night and tried to adjust the temperature, but unfortunately, it didn't help.

The room was large and comfortable. Good bed. Some rooms are interior with no windows. If that is important to you best to verify. The breakfast was good and plentiful with both western and asian options on the small buffet. Distance to the main tourist area was a bit farther than i expected ( but not far) and not an interesting walk.
