Nice ambience and clean in the lobby . The room is clean . Good location to everywhere . Surrounding with popular restaurants just by walking distance . Provided car park for free , very much convenience for guest who checked in the hotel . The lousy old mattress has out of shape , in facts it is not comfortable for sleeping overnight . The sound proof is also poor , can hear the conversation from the next room . Quite annoying to others especially in the late night .

Absolutely brilliant location! Fifteen-minute walk from the hotel to the bridge across the river and the bars and restaurants. I paid 93 AUD for the stay, which included breakfast; it was 73 AUD without breakfast. When I attempted to order breakfast, I was told it was excluded because I hadn't requested it and that I had to pay extra. I was not happy, but I did not quibble because there was nothing on my receipt that indicated I had paid for breakfast, and the staff at the desk were not to blame. I would like to know why it was advertised on booking.com as including breakfast, when it clearly didn't at the venue.

There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A popular spot, "Restoran Baba Kaya", is just less than 1-minute walk away. Friendly staffs ! We experienced an issue with the A/C on the first night, but the staff responded promptly and kindly arranged a new room for us, which we really appreciated. With more consistent maintenance, their service could run even more smoothly.

Nice ambience and location - massive bed. Just a few minor details were lacking - no fridge, no milk for tea - rooms made up on request only. Not enough towels- tiny wardrobe.

Excellent location. You can basically walk everywhere from here. Super friendly staff and clean. I think a rock solid place to stay. Very meh wifi in my room and can be slightly noisy, slightly aging too. But nothing really big. Restaurant attached slightly high price, but excellent food. Unless you REALLY need wifi, this place is a fine choice.

Our apartments were on the ground floor- we heard every sound from everywhere , stuff , arriving guests at the reception , morning breakfast preparation…. Smell from the drains.Breakfast

Location. Nice big, clean room. Working ac. The staff seemed indifferent. I had a bag to bring and no one opened the door for me. Also, I asked for a wake up call and did not receive it. The room I had was carpeted. Ew.

Depending on room location, lobby music can be heard which is not turned off until 2230 / 10:30pm. Also only 1 key is provided which just requires better coordination amongst group members. The bathroom doors are a little awkward due to the direction they swing in which gives priority to the shower instead of the toilet, but these are incredibly minor things of note.
