Netflix in the room Expensive parking rates Uncomfortable mattress Dusty room Narrow parking spots Dark parking areas Small room space The hotel and apartment is inside a very old building. Avoid this Asia Melaka Hotel building at all costs.

Location is not bad, value for money and room is spacious. I received a whatsapp message a week before the stay and it was sent by a completely different name from the booking. I didnt know it was from them as there were so many on-going scams so I blocked the number. No email nor chat was sent here to let me know the message was from them. Upon checking in, I was lucky to get help from hotel staff which does not work for them but kindly showed me the way up to a quiet carpark where I can get my keys from the letterbox. Bedsheets looked a bit used and has a little stale smell to it.

Breakfast is good with lotsa varieties. Location are very great surrounded with local restaurants and very convenient. The room cleanliness is out of my expectation -- the floor is dusty, sofa with stain and balcony are full with dust & rubbish. Water pressure in the bathroom was very low.

Great breakfast, room was spacious, everything was so luxurious! The pool makes for stunning photos! They also provided coffee, sodas, and snacks in the room! Wouldn't change a thing. We chose it because it was close to a bus drop off. Other than that, the location is a little less than ideal in terms of proximity to attractions, so that it something to keep in mind.

22/10/2025 Breakfast time (in booking.com showed breakfast time 10am but in reality they start bf at 12pm) Not clean The balcony can't open, the glasses were broken Shower can't rotate the tap , bathroom class door like irritating can't close fully One male Malay and one girl wear specs friendly staff others all very rude

Rooms are wide and clean. Staffs are friendly. Bathroom exhaust fan is not working. Wi-Fi also and TV is not support to connect with media.

good location, good hot water, good air conditioning no human contact. Instructions to find the key excluded the fact you had to look in the garage. 16 digit random code for the internet is absurd. No early check-in with no place to leave luggage.

The internet was slow and the TV was buffering very long despite connecting to our own hotspot. We couldn't enjoy any of the movies or shows provided on the TV as it was buffering for more than an hour.
