The sea view. Quiet surrounding. I was told that the stretch of road infront of the property is used for weekend motorcycle racing which will cause much disturbing noise. Friendly receptionists. Nil

The check out time is so early, 11am. And will charge RM50 per hour for late check out. For me, quite rushing

There is a vending machine with food downstairs, technically you have quite big apartment to use. The property has potential but for now it’s all below minimal expectations. - weak communication with personnel (no prior information about unit usage policy and limits); - limited usage for common spaces, e.g gym (pre sign-up and only max 1 hour daily); - the building is still under construction (e.g lifts); - guards are simply not friendly; - we were aware of that while booking, but in reality it’s really far from the city center; - literally there is nothing around the building (no groceries, no culture, nothing, only roads as of Feb2026)

Lift the apartment, too slow very bad. The management must be improved the lift service. I almost waiting in 1 hour to go down the lobby. And then the priority for OKU so bad. My mother also terkincit, terberak because of the lift very slow u know. I suggest if u guys want to stay here better u stay at home! Thank u for everything. Siaw

the place is clean and nice, very very nice view fix check in time can't be earlier and if we want early check in need to pay extra so to me I feel a little dumb found asking me to pay extra for early check in while I already request for it during my booking and even leave a remark

I stayed at unit 27-02 but had a bad experience. In the master room, we found 2 live bedbugs on the bed/pillow and could not use the bed for the entire night. The entire night we could not sleep well as we were 1 bed short. Customer service was also not available to help to change unit. I hope the management will change the bed and clean up the unit before another guest gets the same bedbug experience. I feel it's only right to get a refund for the stay due to the bad experience but was rejected. Will definitely not recommend this condo to others. Think twice before booking with this Maple Home management for this condo unit.

Hospitality Sundry shop should be closed @2.00am during weekend or PH. No breakfast served. Future kindly organize buffet breakfast (near pool) with an additional cost, my self and others don't mind to pay for it. 6 Lifts too crowded during 11.00am-12.00pm, check-out time. Should do setting 4 lifts only for goes down, and no housekeeping team use those lift during check out time - on weekend & PH
