The room is not what I expected. The room isn't soundproof. They provide smoking area in the living area which is smelling. So many India people and so noisy.

Good location. Lovely receptionist. Very effective air conditioning. Weak internet/wifi. Room only cleaned on request, despite a multi day stay.

Superb location if you want to visit melaka bandar hilir, near to many attraction, food truck, restaurents and shopping mall We stayed in Room 106. Unfortunately, whenever the guests staying above us took a shower, it was extremely noisy—the sound of the water was so loud that it felt like it was coming through our ceiling. During our stay, this happened both during the day and in the middle of the night, disturbing our sleep. Secondly, from our room we could clearly hear children running around and people talking loudly, which made it difficult for us to get proper rest. In conclusion, the room is not soundproof and the noise level was very distubing

No breakfast provided The stay was okay overall, but the room was quite small for a family. I wouldn’t recommend it for those traveling with kids or in a group. There weren’t enough power sockets, which was a inconvenient, and there was a bad odour coming from the cabinet. It might be more suitable for couples or two people traveling light.

For solo travellers, the queen bed is too big to make the room too small.

Great location, just a few minutes from the city centre. Nice and helpful staff and easy check in process. Room was okay. A bit loud with plenty of children running around the property. Room cleaning would be great as well.

The cleanliness is superb. Location is strategic, got few mamaks nearby and 7-eleven at the back door. Need to buy parking coupons thru apps as the parking spots are under MBMB
