They cleaned our room every day with fresh towels. Staff were very friendly. Room was a good size for 3 beds. It was located about 30 minutes on public transport for most places we wanted to see. The room was very hot, there was a fan, however, it didn't help much

basic accommodation. fans in each room were essential the staircase was narrow and no lift - challenging to navigate with luggage. in-room refrigerator did not work. we were there on super hot days, but the hotel seemed to have no plan for that - cool water was at the desk, for a price. The tap water on those hot nights was, inexplicably, hot (could not even cool off in the shower).

The metro station was 9 min walk and the neighborhood felt safe. No elevator. No AC. No one to help with carrying the bags up the stairs. The double room was too small for two people, there were no space for us to walk in the room and put our bags

For a two star hotel, service had been amazing. The staff were friendly and our room was cleaned daily. The room was bigger than the photos. Bathroom was spotless. There is a view of the park out the window. I love the neighbourhood, it's very calm, quiet and overall safe. More importantly, there are shops, boulengerie, restaurants and the train station within walking distance. The pillows smelled like they hadn't been changed when we arrived. But this was solved as they cleaned our rooms daily.

Overall, I had a great stay at hotel du parc. The location is convenient, close to a tram and metro station, as well as several bus lines. The staff were friendly and greeted me with a big smile each and every day. The room had everything you need for a short stay from frig to safe to microwave. The linen was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There's a nice small outdoor patio to enjoy a smoke. Housekeeping could be a bit more vigilant with sweeping the floors and refilling the hand soap. The noise insulation was not the greatest.
