The staffs are helpful and nice. The bed is ok. the room could be more clean. although the room has two windows it is too cold to stay in winter there. No coffee possibilities in room. My opinion is that the hotel looks like a 3 star hotel and not 4.

Not a great deal. Staff member who did checkin was very polite, but apart from that, very little else. Very underwhelming hotel. Room was very small. No milk at all available for coffee. Location not great. Surprised it is in the Accor group to be honest.
