Good location At night is impossible to check in. Staff don't speak English, my stay was very could, no good heaters

The hostess of this hostel was a truly lovely human being, she clearly loves where she lives, and enjoys looking after her guests. The hostel has a magnificent view of the impressive volcano. The rooms are clean , comfortable and well laid out. Excellent value for money. The only possible gripe I can think of, and I'm really stretching here, but the entrance to the driveway to the hostel was a little hard to identify at night.

The place is close to Corralco ski resort, waterfalls, restaurants, hot springs, among other tourist sites. All the place was super clean and organized. The heating system works really well in the rooms.
