The room was clean and the hotel was nice. The staff were all friendly and nice. The hotel was right next to a train line and didn’t have sound proof room so noises from outside and trains all night and day prevented me from sleeping.

B/fast was fantastic swimming pool was very good for children but the lobby is confusing between new lobby and old lobby it should have a sign or walk way to lobby hotel and don’t have to walk across the car park

Good quality hotel! Well maintained Too cheap to not turn on the air conditioner in the hall ways! I got a headache evrytime I walked from the elevator to my room it was soooooo hot! The breakfast was pretty bad limited choices and poor quality

This was the first time my wife and I had stayed at this hotel. We were really pleased with it. Good staff. Breakfast was very good, plenty of things to eat. Nice swimming pool (my wife likes to have a swim in the morning) We would have no problems with staying here again when we are in Malang. Cannot think of anything that we did not like. It's easy to find fault, but we had no problems.

Beautiful and luxury rooms with great views. Very big and nice swimmingpool area. Gym was also very well equiped. Breakfast buffet was awesome with great choices of traditional indonesian and western food. Staff very friendly and helpfully. Situated besides the small train station. I extended several times. The hotel is by the kotalam train station. Very nice and clean rooms. Pool and pool area is very beautiful. Gym is well. Breakfast is awesome with a hugh variety of choice. Staff is very friendly. Godd price for all these. Beautiful City and environment. Anytime again. Thank you. Nothing

The smiley staff from the beginning and they are very cooperative when needed and helpful. The room was clean the bed was so comfortable and it will be memorable moment to stay there Needed more signboard to assist to the coffee shop nearby but after all everything was perfect.

This is a remarkable hotel with amazing staff,food & leisure facilities to make your trip so enjoyable. We actually extended our stay . The rooftop bar & restaurant is so relaxing after being out touring the beautiful Malang attractions . The pool is large & clean & the breakfast would have to be the best in java .Jacob the manager runs a smart hotel with all the staff so friendly. We will be back Everything was just right .Probably a bit more hot water .

Friendly staff Noise from passing trains. Amenities are not good. The bathroom is too small and the door is broken.

Good value for money, well located for pickup for the Mount Bromo jeep tour. Excellent restaurant on the ninth floor. Very busy with children - made the room quite noisy. No extra towels for the pool so had to use the two towels in our room. The restaurant on the ground floor was sub-par.
