Really enjoyed our one night stay here. Really friendly staff. Very clean. Everything was great!

The location is nice, and great staff. Cool koi fish pond at the entrance and quick check in. The food nearby is good as well. The bathroom was nasty, the toilet needs to be updated before anything else.

Very comfortable place to stay in Malang and everyone working the desk are so kind and helpful! It’s tucked away on a quiet street which is perfect if you are doing Mt Bromo or the waterfall tours (very early pickups!) they were also able to assist in getting tours situated before I arrived. There’s a few coffee shops nearby (Starbucks is next door but there are some local ones just a few min walk away!) and a really great restaurant (depot Tanjung api was soo delicious!) all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

The staff is very friendly and we felt very welcome. The location is good and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

This hotel was fantastic. The bed was extremly comfty and the staff super nice. It's located in a nice neighbourhood of Malang with nice houses and beautiful gardens, nice to walk around. I could totally recommend to stay here.

The mattress was hard as a rock The silicone in the bathroom is mouldy

Staff is very nice and warmly. And the room is clean. Environment is nice. Location is convenient and quiet here. The hotel recommended the tour to us and give us a lots of information. Some staff’s English is not very well, but very helpful. We can use Google translate to communicate. The bed is quiet hard for me. If can have one more free blanket will be great as we have two people with a large bed, I don’t want to share the blanket:)

The guest house is located in a relatively quiet area. It is easy to walk through the old neighborhood to avoid traffic pollution and noise and reach the main tourist attractions. The room was clean, and the staff was ready to help. Breakfast would have been a plus, mainly because there is no grocery store or local bakery around the guest house except for an international chain cafe.

Our superfriendly hosts were able to help us and arranged out Bromo day trip and airport transport to Surabaya, which was a life saver!

Very well kept and everything working and clean. Lights in bathroom are not of good quality and quantity.

The Cozy was a haven of tranquillity in Malang. Spotless; lovely linen & towels, piping hot water, quiet, large room with comfy bed & tea/coffee facilities. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Lovely welcome and attentive staff. We would highly recommend. Nothinf
