This place was extremely disappointing. We booked the room and on the booking said I would be charged my credit card for payment at anytime prior to arrival. It did NOT say that we would have to pay at the hotel or on arrival. When we showed up, they couldn’t even find our booking and then when they finally found our booking, told us that we would have to pay in cash at the hotel as they don’t take credit cards. On their property policies it said that they DONT accept cash and only accept credit card but insisted that my card hadn’t been charged and that if we didn’t pay, we would be fined. We then paid cash as they insisted we hadn’t been charged (and I couldn’t access my bank account without wifi) and also asked us to keep our passport as a damage deposit which we refused and had to pay another fee for a deposit instead. We then got to the room which was dirty and appeared to have evidence of bed bugs. We did not want to stay in a room with bed bugs so ended up leaving and had to find another space to stay. They did not refund any portion of the room. Their online policies do NOT match up with what they offer in person and the pictures are not accurate of their cleanliness . I do not recommend booking here!
