A decent hotel to stay in Malang, the location was great. The food was okay, okay breakfast buffet. The room was clean and well maintained which we appreciate. Our entire 4 days stay was great, no complaints. None

Fitness center removed dumbbells for only cardio equipment. The Italian dinner buffet is pretty bad. The AC in our room was slow to work.

Comfortable rooms with everything you need, plus a cafe/bar, restaurant and pool on site! A few supermarkets right next door. Amazing staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant :)

It was a nice stay at Hotel Santika Premiere Malang. The service was great, everybody was friendly and accommodating. They need to replace the bath mat in the shower. It was moldy and just looks so old.

I absolutely loved my 3 night stay at the Hotel Santika and I only wish that I had stayed longer. The staff was one of the most caring and helpful of my 2 1/2 week trip through Indonesia. I especially enjoyed the decors with the fountain in the pool. The bar opens onto the pool area and is very pleasant. They serve an excellent buffet breakfast each morning with a lot of variety. I liked my room and had room service there one evening when I was tired. There are various convenience stores and a pharmacy near. I want to thank the professional staff for always treating me so well, especially when I had a medical issue. I can’t think of anything

A beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and all amenities. The rooms are comfortable and clean, some furniture can be a little bit old, but is well maintained, so it just adds a bit of a vintage feeling to the hotel. There's a pool, gym, cafe and other services. Breakfast has a lot of options. It was a wonderful time in this hotel.

The hospitality at this hotel is unmatched. As soon as we arrived, we got greeted with such kindness and warmth! The staff is always super professional and caring. The pool area is gorgeous especially at night. The rooms are super clean and well equipped with modern amenities while maintaining their very unique and authentic local touch ?

- Best beds we had while travelling Indonesia. - Very nice cafe and breakfast - Wonderful swimming pool - Staff is incredibly kind. - Live music was too loud and too late for us. We came back from Bromo and were looking for an early night, but that was not possible. - We were very early. When we arrived the desk staff assured us he would ask the cleaners to clean our room first, but we ended up only being able to check in at normal check in-time (which is understandable, but we thought after the comments we would be able to check in a bit earlier).

Helpful staff, clean area The initial room was smelling like minyak tanah (paraffin oil). Told the staff and they tried to clean it but somehow smell still lingered. Eventually got a new room.

It is time to renovate and fix the acoustics so the room can be quieter and comfortable.

Big room, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Outdated bathroom (yellow seal), very old shower head and dirty plastic footrest The staff is friendly but not helpful at all, no answers to numerous emails to help us organize activities in the vicinity. Same result with a direct conversation at the desk.
