The staff did not check my reservation properly, so they gave me incorrect room and asked for payment eventhough I paid already. Also the pillow was too thick and the sink was clogged.

In a good location and not far too the train station. The rooms need some things fixing. The curtains are very old with holes in them and needed probably replacing several years ago. Broken towel rail in the bathroom and no where to hang your towel, the water was running continuously in the toliet.

Very dirty hotel. No hygiene rules. Very bad hotel personel. No respect. Nothing The sink and shower drain in the bathroom were clogged. The bathroom ceiling was completely moldy. It was pitch black and the bathroom smelled very bad. We felt sick for a while because of this. Then we had to change our room. There was no hair dryer in the room. We asked for it, they gave it to us but took it away because another customer needed it and didn't give it back. The breakfast variety was very limited and hygiene rules were not followed at all. There were flies flying around in the fruits. I will definitely not stay again and I do not recommend it to anyone. If I had known it would be like this, I would not have made a reservation.

Not much to say The staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They lied to us in several situations like excursion prices and other logistics. They were even a bit rude in the welcome. Hotel is old but at least is cheap

Reception area, breakfast Reception and breakfast staff are pleasant enough but need to be more attentive to guests' needs Sadly, the hotel finds itself in an area that has quickly become rundown. Not sure why. Heritage area is so close and so much better. Accordingly, the owners are not investing in the hotel. So many things need replacing Similar priced hotels close by have plunge pools, bars, terraces to relax on. I visited them
