- there was a really sweet lady cooking downstairs. - I got water and a towel. Everything else was terrible. It looks nothing like the pictures. This 'hotel' adds pictures of a front desk which isn't even here. Also everything in the room was dirty, old, yellow-ish, no hot water, toilet not working, no sink? I even got the idea they didn't change the sheets. Used my own towel to sleep under. At first I got a really dirty mattress so I swapped rooms which was good. I know it was 6€ and can't really complain but don't put pictures online that don't represent your property. I know these reviews are very important for accommodations but I think we should be fair to each other. So I hope by writing this review I can help others who want to visit Malang ??.

The lady at the reception good and accommodating. Room had big windows and felt private. How water takes some time but it is. Walls a bit dirty but floor clean.
