The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much of a problem, best staff in Java ( especially Ovan in the restaurant) . The grounds and grand reception were beautiful too. Limited choices for Westerners food wise, but still better than most.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got some complimentary fruit for being there for a few nights. The room was made up every day. The pool was a good size and depth for swimming. The location was near some good eating places. We had a moped to get into town, the Alun Alun in Batu was lively in the evening, with a street food market. There were some good waterfalls and the Museum in Batu was interesting and slightly odd! The buffet and A La Carte breakfasts were good. The buffet isn't on if there's too few guests. Nothing about the hotel. We were hoping there would be more trails in the forest for walking, but we didn't find any.

we had a very pleasant stay there. Excellent breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean swimming pool, clean and good maintained room. the smoke from the garbage burning was very annoying but I know that was beyond the hotel control.

The 3 bedroom Catelya cottage was just nice for our family of 7. Very spacious, clean, and reasonably well furnished for a short stay. The hotel itself has a good swimming pool, tennis courts, and spacious open space that gives a really fresh air feeling. Breakfast was adequate. When the F&B manager knew that one of our family members had her birthday, they gave surprises by singing and providing free birthday cake. Nice touch indeed. The 3 bedroom catelya cottage is on the second floor. For people with mobility problem, they need to take this into account. Everything was great and no complaint.

The deluxe condo with three bedrooms was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was housekeeping every day, towels changed, bathroom cleaned, bed made, supplies refilled. Beautiful garden and pool. Altogether very relaxing. Breakfast was very crowded, but understandable due to the peak holiday season.

Room size is good Breakfast was finish at 9.00 and the crew did not fill it up. There was porridge left over and the crew just add more water to increase the volume but I makes very thin porridge. The restaurant crew allowed people to smoke/vaping in the non smoking area. The shower room was not proper. No door on the shower makes the bathroom very wet.

Staff are friendly. ifyou took executive suite its a good room. lots of nature area. breakfast is average for 4 star hotel, superior rooms are too old, cleanness is average. i will not recommend the superior rooms, need a lot of renovation for the rooms, and the pool area, no pool towel, pool changing rooms need renovations. Breakfast not so much variety and taste was average, nothing special. stay there for 3 days and get bored with the breakfast...
