The facilities were great. I traveled with my parents, and they really loved the fishing pond that the hotel has. The fish that we caught could even be cooked for us. The hotel itself is in a very strategic location—it’s in the center of town and literally next to two shopping malls, making it easy to get anywhere. The only part I didn’t like was that I arrived on very busy days, so I understand that not all of our rooms could be on the same floor. That was just okay. At dinner, there was a small incident where one of the restaurant staff accidentally spilled a hot beverage on a family member. However, it was handled very well by both the staff and the manager, who came immediately to assess the situation. There were no hard feelings—bad days can happen to anyone. I really appreciated how the manager handled the situation and even checked back with us the next morning to make sure everything was okay.

Location is very close to the times square mall and mart. Walking distance. The pool is big. We booked for new queen bed room, but it looks like it is not new any more. Also there is a rennovation going on on 6 floor, construction noises cam be heard till 8th floor. As i stayed at floor 8. The staff is friendly, but reception never came back regarding upgrade information.. as i al genius level 3 member in booking.com.. looks like not for hotels not for booking.com it is worthless.

The concierge team was excellent, Location amazing Reception staff need more training and development, When check'in she's not informed well for breakfast location and time period,cleanliness need a lot of improvement A lot of spot and wall crack inside the room, And the bath towel we had in the room has q diferent color and not proper, The phone in room 710 doesn't working!

The breakfast is very good with lots of different options. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We were not given and hand towels and the hotel also didn’t have a water fountain to refill water bottles. The pool was closing early (7pm) and communication in English with the staff was not easy sometimes.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory, but there were several aspects that did not meet expectations given the cost. The service was commendable, but the amenities did not justify the high price. The hot water in the shower was limited, taking more than five minutes to reach a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the shower curtain appeared worn and outdated. I was provided with a towel that was significantly aged, with a faded color and frayed edges—so much so that I initially mistook it for a mat. Furthermore, the room key had frequent issues, requiring me to request a fix five times during my two-day stay. Given these factors, I would not consider returning to this hotel.

Very nice hotel with a large pool, good breakfast and modern rooms. The wifi was really slow in my room unfortunately. Also, there were 3 TVs in the room and none of them worked!
