Size of the family room is quite large. Great view! There was disturbing noise from the ceiling every night. There were many mosquitoes in the room (mosquitoe nets in the bathroom were not properly secured).

Beautiful place with a great view and nice and spacious room. The restaurant was not so cozy for the evenings. And the location in the neighborhood of 3 mosques can be a bit noisy at prayer-times.

We had a University guest from the UK traveling for work to Malang. We thought this place would be a lovely experience due to the Bali vibes, so we booked the suite room for him. The decorations were picturesque and some staff were kind. Our guest experienced several inconveniences during his stay. When he arrived in his suite, no towels and bathroom mats were available. We contacted the reception and it did not come even after waiting 45 mins until we offered to pick them up by ourselves. The electricity was shut down (and wifi) twice, so that he finally decided to work in a cafe during the day. Dried leaves and dust littered the floor in front of the suite and the swimming pool.

The staff in this hotel is very kind and helpful. Also the location is great - peacefull and far from a busy road. This place is so sad and looks abandoned. The room was extremely dark, not so clean, and very old. Facilities definitely need a big change. The bottom pool looks great in pictures but in reality, the whole area is just abandoned and sad. We stayed for 5 days and were sick during our stay so believe me, we had a great chance to experience this place 24/7. It's okay when you stay for 1-2 days and spend the whole day outside on a tour but "living" in this room was not pleasant at all. Also, get ready being waken up at 4AM every day with a rather loud prayer from a nearby mosque.

We're used to staying in hostels/ homestays while we travel and this is by far the best place we've been for a similar price. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and beds were super comfortable. Staff were lovely! Particularly Fajar from security who was incredibly helpful and so friendly, he went out of his way to help us and had plenty of recommendations. Great location too, only a 10 min grab to the nearby malls and a good location for getting to Bromo too. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing :)

The view was great.. The pool was clean. The facilities in the room need attention. The phone wasn't working, and there was no fridge even when we upgraded the rooms to the family rooms. Breakfast menus were boring. .

Almost nothing. Room is not as in the pictures, so feel manipulated. Around the room and pool, many grass and bushes. This hotel has 2 separated buildings, and the building that we stayed looks like abandoned. No reception and hotel staff, except security and housekeeper in the morning.
