It’s in a good position with a lot of things around I’m sorry to say i had a really bad experience that definitely affected my overall evaluation. While I was in the bed a really big rat entered from a hole of the wall. After I called for the guys at the front office I tried to explain that could not be acceptable. In the end I changed the hotel before even spending the night there. I asked for a refund since I didn’t spend the night but they said it wasn’t possible. They would only give me a different room. Since I wasn’t sure that the same bad episode would not happen again, I decided to leave. I also knew it wasn’t completely their fault but I didn’t like the way the managed the situation to be honest. Maybe i was just incredibly unlucky and no rat entered in the building before my experience, I don’t know. I just thought it was important to point out it did happen to me

Value for money Malang are consider as city in a valley of two mountains hence hot water is important. Water pressure are superb, but the hot water last only for 3 minutes (believe me, I'm ex-hotel staff) so I count it ?. Stay are ok, but extra smile from female staff would make guest feel a little sunshine. The male staff are doing good though.

I like it because its in mid of city, lots of café and coffee shop around the accommodation, its quite and kind of peaceful there. Ugh, sadly the water in 3rd floor didn't work well, I have to ask them to speed up the water tank, every time I want to take shower. The water is too smalls amount and really slow. I guess, they need to prepare it or fix it for all room.

Love the rooms, the location, the pool, the facilities.. Strong WiFi.. We used to stay here before.. For around 2 nights.. And we really enjoyed it.. The place is nice and clean, we booked twin rooms and we got a twin room which was in the first floor and our favorite room.. However, when we wanted to book the room again for the recent stay, the staff said it was booked. And everything in the first floor are booked. The staff got us a room on the third floor, but the elevator was broken, so we needed to go high up to reach our room. We didn't even have the energy to swim because we had to go up and down three floors. The room was nice but the bed was broken in the middle, so it wasn't comfortable. We also regretted to say that during the stay we could see that the rooms on the first floor were empty the whole day (including the room that we wanted), unlike what the staff told us. We were disappointed. But overall we really like the place.. And we really hope this could be better in the future.

We booked a twin room, and we're so lucky to get a terrace with seating area and pool access! Great location and good price for the location!

Affordable hotel, recommended for family, pretty clean with easy access and lot of parking space. Surrounded by many places to eat and coffee shop. Located in the city despite of quite far from city center. Sometimes water is not running properly, must check to reception. Hotel does not provide options for breakfast, maybe due to fasting month.
