Smell bad from the toilet!!!

the location was ok. This place is just nasty dirty. I am sorry but when we entered the room, we could not believe how a place could be dirty so much. We got our room changed for another one - slightly better but still dirty, lots of hair everywhere, towels stained and yellowish an the bathroom was another level of disgust. Nobody speaks English ( I get that we are in Indonesia and they don't need to ) but ou would expect some kind of a hospitality level which was definitely 0 here.

Location Many things, especially when we checked out from hotel, my husband's vape was left in the room, he forgot to bring his vape. We came back to the hotel and the staff said there was no stuff in the room. But we sure that the vape was on the bed. Because before we checked out, my husband using his vape in the room. The staff was lying.
