very good, both meals , breakfast and dinner were very good. especially the service by the two young people was very pleasant and has to be recommended. the friendliness was outstanding. We recommend the hotel with restaurant very highly and are planning to return in the near future. nothing I can think of. Maybe open the hotel reception before 1600 hours.

Great rooms, fabulous bathroom and the restaurant was excellent!
-
Everything and in particular the comfort of the beds and the breakfast. Next time we will certainly try the restaurant as well the door of the bathroom let light and noise pass too easily.

Brilliant old hotel that has kept its charm over the years. Beautiful surroundings and terrace. The lack of airconditioning is a modern problem. It’s understandable in such a building but do expect hot rooms.

The garden was very nice, but it was great to leave the receptionist/ waitress was very rude for no reason whatsoever, we were shocked the way she communicated with us. we asked to have dinner, they were busy so she asked the chef and he said yea. after taking our order she stormed of and came back and said the chef said he’s too busy. she then asked us to leave the dining room.

leaving it Have never met such a rude receptionist/waitress, said we could have dinner took our order then came back and said no we couldn’t , really shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry., very abrupt. if she had explained in nice manner we may have understood. The stairs, corridors and bedroom carpets need replaced.

charming hotel in a gorgeous setting. Beautiful historic exterior, cosy fire place going in the lobby when we arrived. the bonus was the unexpectedly superb dinner at the restaurant. Staff were warm and welcoming. washing hair in the bathtub was a bit tricky but on the other hand it was a great for soaking tub.
