Everything was great A bit expensive for only 1 night

Well located hotel just 10 minutes from Spa Francorchamps. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and even smells nice :) I appreciated free parking in the garage below the hotel and nice spa after a long trackday. Breakfest was delicious with a big choice including self-made belgian waffles. The steam chamber in the spa was too cold, but the finnish sauna and the pool was perfect.

Very spacious and clean room with a very nice balcony. Very good breakfast. Cozy bar with good selection of drinks and nice restaurant. The spa was below expectations. We booked the hotel especially for the spa. To book a room is not cheap and the spa is not included. So you have to pay the entrance. And, being a guest of the hotel, does not guarantee you a spot so you have to book in advance. Even if you are lucky you get the spa only for 2 hours. You get only 1 towel and no water. We have been to other hotels where you get access to the spa for your entire staying and it is available only for the hotel's guests. The room's tv has no apps and you get to watch only cable tv.

The private covered terrace on our room and dinner were outstanding Nothing o can think of! Maybe a bit of a long walk into the town if you wanted to go out.

The restaurant was superb, as was the breakfast. An exceptional hotel. Fan heating/cooling in the room was a little distracting at night time

Rooms were Tastefully decorated, bathrooms had a separate toilet- nice feature, walk in showers were comfortable and convenient to use, the buffet breakfast covered all one could wish for, ample parking, wellness was worth the extra charge, walking distance to the city centre Fitness room was small

Lovely Hotel just a few minutes walk to the centre of Malmedy - Onsite Parking - Look forward to Staying again Checking staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, very clean and modern hotel which we like :) Fresh Pancakes and Fresh orange Juice at breakfast fantastic :) There always seemed to be something we had to ask for at Breakfast - e.g. There is no pancake mix left, there is no still water left, the orange juice machine is not working - However despite this (and once refilled) everything was really good :) The service at the bar in an evening could also have been more friendly - but this did not detract from our visits....

Excellent stay from beggining to the end. We rate this hotel as one of the top we have ever been. Spacious rooms with design touch, exceptional service and helpful staff, delicious food and wide variety of choices (you can even make your own waffles ☺️), comfortable parking in garage, stylish bar and restaurant, and I could name more and more.. we hope we will be back soon. Everything was perfect, no flaws
