There was a party going on in the restaurant when we arrived that was quite loud. It made it hard to talk during our dinner and I didn't really like the karaoke. It was Ramadan so I'm guessing this was not the usual evening.

Some changes in management, which are OK, but I really loved the guy from Bali. I also miss the extensive fruit table at breakfast. But the staff are still the reason to stay here - super friendly, welcoming and professional.

The standard room is quite large, as is the attached bathroom. The shower area is enormous. The room is clean and bright, although beginning to show it's age. Wi-fi speed is reasonable at about 20mbs, although it drops in and out. Reception area is very impressive and the reception staff are both efficient and friendly. The buffet breakfast is probably the best I have experienced in Indonesia. The hotel is located some distance from any area of interest, perhaps 15 minutes walk to the seafront. Footpaths in the area are practically non-existent so you may need transport to get around safely.

There are few, the bed is comfortable and the room is quite clean. The TV entertainment is good It is a run-down hotel, need a lot of major changes such as Elevator is old, everything inside the bathroom have seen better days. The gym is not Ok, some of the machines are broken and no swimming pool.

Friendly staff The picture of the room at booking.com seems to be from when it was new, now it has advanced wear&tear, the hallway carpet outside the room in terrible shape. We booked another hotel before our return

I stayed at this hotel and loved its central location—everything is easily accessible by foot or car. A standout feature is the nearby halal restaurant, just a 3-minute walk away, serving delicious and affordable food. Perfect spot for anyone looking to explore the city with comfort and convenience. Highly recommended! While the staff at the hotel’s counter and lobby were friendly and welcoming, my experience with the spa staff was extremely disappointing. My husband and I each had separate massage sessions, and the service was not only unprofessional but inappropriate. The massager made an offensive offer to my husband, suggesting a sexual massage to "strengthen his performance," which was completely inappropriate and out of line. As for my own massage, it was equally unsatisfactory. The room was too bright when it should have been dim for a relaxing atmosphere, and the massage itself was rough and uncomfortable. It felt more like scrubbing than an actual massage, leaving me tense instead of relaxed. I cannot recommend the massage services here at all, and I advise others to look elsewhere for a professional and relaxing experience.
