Nice terrace views and gym facilities. There where a lot of cockroaches in the room and bathroom. When we claimed at the reception, they told us no rooms of same price were available so that we had to pay extra to change. This is unacceptable.

Staff were friendly, rooftop was great Room was very dirty, easily cleanable marks on cupboards and walls, sheets had stains on them, bathroom needed a very good scrub. For what you pay (relative to other places In Indonesia), it's way overpriced.

It was very nice and clean and everyone was so nice and helpful. the Café at the top is also very nice and convenient. They serve nice drinks and food.

lodging prices are quite affordable and there is a small garden in front of the room lots of small cockroaches that come out when the room lights are turned off. The smell of cigarette marks on some tables is a little annoying for the sensitive senses of smell. At night, it was clear that the sound of people knocking on the door of another room was quite disturbing.

- The roof-top terrace-restaurant is really nice! Good food and drinks, nice view on the sea, Bunaken and Manado Tua, I really enjoyed this. - Good bed, hot shower, AC and a balcony in the room. - the staff was nice in general. - The staff doesn’t always wear masks - during this pandemic, it is really concerning... - Unfortunately, my neighbors in the room next to mine had a big party with loud music and a lot of people - this should not be tolerated in an hotel of this standing, and particularly during a pandemic.

The fish tank at the entry looks nice. A room filled with cockroaches and a dirty stench from the bathroom. The room didn't get cleaned by the staff. The wifi is horrible, don't expect you have a stable connection in your room. And to make the experience complete you get woken up at 04:00 AM by some guy shouting through the mosque speakers.
