Very spacious with big compounds ….impressive lounge and arrival lobby. The beds were not comfortable.

nice big buildings with ok noise insulation for Indonesia comfortable big beds There are pictures from the beach (the lagoon, the small harbour) in the promotions, but on site, it is forbidden to go on the beach or to swim / bath there! The swimming pool is a little dirty (the water is not 100% clear).

Great location, great breakfast, very friendly staff. Availability of items on bar menu and room service menu was insufficient, many items were not available, also not on other days (we stayed for 6 days). Staff was sometimes complicated and simplest things (like ordering ice cubes) took very long.

Large property, isolating us from street noise and pollution. Facilities well designed around pool and artificial lagoon. Restaurant with local food adapted to western palates. Good breakfast buffet. But first of all the well trained and friendly staff.

Nice big pool. Restaurant higher standard than most Indonesian restaurants out in the town or on the street. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room nice and big with a good view of the ocean (junior suite, a little pricier, but worth it) Nice big pool, very enjoyable if not crowded with noisy locals. Lovely gardens and lobby area Good variety on breakfast. Very attentive service. Every time we ask for something, we were told to wait in the room and someone will send it to us. We were in literally the farthest room from the front desk area, and they were always happy to bring whatever we requested all the way out to us. Quickly and with a smile! Very nice. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. Broken blinds, broken doors, stained walls, broken tiles around the pool, calcium stains all over the bathroom walls and sink and shower. Not enough people to clean up after the locals leaving cigarette butts and rubbish all around the pool and restaurant areas. Wi-Fi is a bit of a disaster

The lovely garden ambience, the breakfast, size of the rooms. The ratio of the price you pay and what you get is turning into the negative as the hotel would need a big makeover. With this the class of the hotel would need to be reduced to three star class. The rooms haven’t been renovated the last four years, the pool would need that as well as many other areas. The bathrooms are better maintained than the rooms.

Staff who picked me up from the aiport was very kind. Pool surrounded by palm trees looks lush. The beer was cold. Definitely not up to Accor standards. Room was extremely dirty and needs renovation. Towels were dirty and sheets had dirty spots on them too. Pool was dirty when I arrived, cats were walking on the tables and even eating from the buffet (not only disgusted but also dangerous). Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night without a reason. Half of the menu in the restaurant was out of stock. When checking out, nobody asked how my stay was, so maybe they don’t care about it? Very much disappointed.

The hotel is not just dated, some of the furniture in the room is broken en crooked. The room and bathroom are dirty. We stayed in a garden view room.
