Extraordinary dirtiness of the hotel facilities and unprofessionalism. I thought it was a kind of social experiment or something intended to see how guests react to the unmaintained hotel. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. The booking system is inefficient. They insisted that I pay the fee at the receptionist desk, although I had paid it with a booking application prior to the arrival. The rooms are dirty, it seems there are no staff who are responsible for cleaning the hotel. The AC remote controller was broken. The shower system does not function. It says breakfast included but we're given only cheap instant noodles. All issues above can be prevented with daily room maintenance. The guests report the issues to the staff, but they don't care about our comfortable stay. No one is professional in this hotel. I found it even funny to see the dilapildated hotel to this extent.

I had booked this hotel before. The first time I had a nice room, clean bathroom and hot water shower. This second time the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was a ball of hair and filth clogging the drain of the shower and mold everywhere in the bathroom. I didn't feel comfortable at all. Very disappointing after the first stay there which was nice. So I guess it depends on if you get lucky with the room. There is no breakfast.

The room was big which was nice, the AC was working really good but that was everything The bathroom had a water problem because there were always water drops coming down from the ceiling and you couldn't get to the toilet without getting a drop on your body. The breakfast was just instant noodles and you had to make them yourself. Also the WiFi was only working in the lobby
