Very nice staff, great view The room wasn't really clean, no breakfast offered although there was even a sign at the reception for it, pre-payment required although it's saying different when booking the hotel

Terrible experience with hotel staff and hotel I visited manali with my family and I was embarrassed in front of my family for my booking. So guys before booking please find the below points regarding hotel staff and their service. 1- Rude staff and service was very poor. 2- Hotel is not located as mentioned in details. For mall road you have take auto every time for down 100 rs and for up 150 rs while they mention you can go there with 10 mts walk. 3- I had visited for 4 nights check in 26th june and check out on 30th june with my family they had charged 3k+ per night while this hotel have no value more than 1k per night. 4- They will not provide any welcome kit, even water was not available in room for that you have to call please provide some water. 5- Rooms are not clean as per expectation. You can get heirs on bed and in rooms easily while every day they said that room have been cleaned by staff. 6- For cab they charged more than current market price. 7- Food was also not good either you will get no salt in food or more salt. 8- If you will check images at portal then you will find that they had not shared full hotel image at portal because they can’t. It’s like match box with few rooms nothing else. 9- On Friday 30th before taking bus we need to change our cloths for that they charged Rs 400 extra for 30 mnts more stay after checkout time. You can think that after long stay how rude and greedy staff. I will never suggest this hotel for family stay.

Hotel is very good, almost new and very clean washroom as seen in photos. It is a near to Hadimba Temple. It is good hotel for those who love Nature. High speed internet available 200 mbs. enjoy work here
