Too far from shops, etc, and no blinkit in manali A heater would have been more comfortable that the heating pad on bed, since I had to sit and work.

I liked the Balcony view and Restaurant Menu variety. The staff were polite as well. Facilities were average. I was upgraded from 2nd floor to 3rd floor but was also offered 4th floor. There's little to no difference except balcony height. Constant power cuts with no power back up. Lift was not working mostly. Stairs climbing 3 floors everyday. Water issue in bathroom on last day.

The bed linens and blanket cover had some hairs and stains, so we had to ask the staff to replace them. Other than that, the rooms were clean and spacious. The reception guy was extremely impolite and lacked the manners to interact with the guests, and the staff was not very helpful. When we arrived at around 12, they gave us a room without electricity, but we refused, so they moved us to another room.

I enjoyed my stay here with a beautiful river view. The room was very comfortable with modern interiors. Property has an elevator which is actually a plus in the mountains, Staff was very polite and helpful. Best part I like was the location as it is very close to the Old Manali market, have enough parking space and was yet surrounded with nature.

We stayed here for 3 nights, lots of positives, firstly the team which manages the property, especially the person at the front desk - Karan was really warm and friendly. The property is in a superb location with balconies facing the Beas river. The location is just a 10 min walk to Old Manali cafe street. Best place if you wanna work, play and travel around Manali. They are doing some furniture work which makes the porch a bit dusty and at times a noisy atmosphere. But understandably they are making the place a better one. :)
