Clean, food was good , room service was okk , good view , amazing terrace and restaurant. No power back up , every night there is a black out in the hotel room , they didn’t even provide a candle . Tv of the room only have 1 Hindi channel . Water in the tap went away while bathing and it took around 40 mins for the water back up .

The room location was nearby Hidimba temple so it was good. The room cleaning was not proper and the staff was not that helpful

Location is good just beside van vihar and hidimba devi temple,, wonderful view from hotel top, very pleasant stay, rooms are very big and clean, restaurant food taste is awesome. There is no lift inside.

Beds are old and floors made of marble chips, very cold. Cold Air was coming from windows. Bathrooms commod seats were not fixed and moving with slight movement 2 Kms. From Mall Road. Every time either you have to give parking fee or Rs. 200/- for Auto charges for two kilometres. No good restaurant nearby. Even refused to make available buffet breakfast. You have to use al-a- carte, which are priced at a very high cost.

Bathroom tiles were broken sand coming out, they are scammer,they will cancel your booking form sites and ask you for extra charge. Also dont ask them for any taxi of cab the taxi will aslo scam you, spot the taxi on such places where you can be fooled easily so dont buy any packages from where the taxi driver stops the taxi. They took 6000 and the real price of the package was 300 only.they will tell that this is the govt approved rates but they will not provide any bills with GST Black list them

The Stay and Food was quite good. The Breakfast and dinner was fresh. We liked the behavior of the staff as well. Their terrace garden was also beutiful .Everything was really satisfactory. We would highly recommend to stay at that hotel mountain top for families and couples. There was nothing we didn't like..

The room size was good and the staff was helpful The room had painted newly and so it stuck in our hands and clothes. And also there was a power cut for almost 4hrs in the morning. And the room was not so clean.
