Locationwise in good approach with mall road. Staff,s behaviour satisfactory. Smelling cupboards and initially rooms also. On day 1st when we entered the room, mosquitoes were biting us then we called reception then deo was sprayed and mosquito coil was arranged.

The staff is friendly,, the rooms are clean . ample car parking is available,,,An electric kettle could be placed in the room though . Nice view from the balcony,, Wi-Fi is slow,, the restaurant can be given the skip,, the crockery in the room could be better and more clean,,.,, . POS was not working.

It's pretty cheap for its location and facilities. The other hotels in the area were very costly and were not even worth penny. This hotel was little behind but easily accessible from mall road just 5 minutes walking distance. And the view I didn’t expect the view I got from this hotel. I wanted a room with a view only and was satisfied once I saw the balcony view. The hotel is very spacious with its own parking. I was lucky to get the best deal here. Highly recommend. None

Friendly, central hotel in Manali We were lucky enough to stay in this charming hotel for 2 nights during our honeymoon trip, and we wished that we had booked to stay longer! Not really knowing what to expect, other than reading it's amazing reviews on booking.com and in each portal we were not dissapointed. All the staff are so nice and friendly, however a special mention needs to go to Mr. Ved- he is a real gem, and we looked forward to seeing him back at the hotel after sightseeing each day. Be sure to visit his recommendation so you cover everything on time. Our room in Hotel was clean and spacious, and the tea in the breakfast room was enough to set us up for the day. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the city and a stones throw from all the amazing sights. When we return to Manali (which we will because it was our favourite city), we will definately be staying here! None

A great find in the heart of Manali We loved the Hotel - the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room for 2 with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and my daughter loved the breakfast service every day! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit! None

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff and Service. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two Elder Person and Kids and lots of luggage and stay was hassle free. nicest places we stayed in the 4 Days we were in Manali. None

Believe everything you read about this charming Hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return. The location is perfect, our room (they upgraded us) was lovely and they had a terrace! WOW. The staff is wonderfuly patient and helpful. Wish I could of stayed longer - next time............ Nope

I wanted to stay near mall road Manali. When I searched on internet there were a plenty of options and I got confused. Then I started calling in selected hotels by seeing on google map as I didn’t want to stay in outskirts of Manali. I feel lucky that I selected this hotel among few selected as this was the best by location by means of service and amenities. Loved it. None
