Poor facility in room for such a price ...there was no plug point for a kettle then why keep a kettle ?

I visited the property for 3 days with my friends and really enjoyed the stay here. A big shout out to Neki and Nikhil who helped us through out, the friendly nature and politeness wins my heart. The best experience in Manali.

Cleanliness and staff’s hospitality was spot on! Everyone is so sweet and helpful. It was our second time at Keekoo. Loved it!! The facilities- electric blanket, clean kettle w good coffee options, decent food menu, quick room service… Noise from other properties maybe. That’s something they can’t control too…

The food was excellent and the service was kind. Additionally, the hotel's cost was affordable. Our stay was a little unpleasant because I didn't like the wifi and the geyser wasn't producing enough hot water.

Facility Both side miror is not good Due to security reason and not privacy in the room So kindly remove front mirror of the room

Dorm size, Common area & washrooms The only thing bad over there was people are playing tv and music in high volume till late night that is 2PM, there must be some restrictions on that.

The staff and hospitality is good and the mattresses are decently comfortable. Cleanliness was an issue. We booked three rooms and all the bedsheets had hair (those hair too) and debris. We were too tired to complain about that. Would they have changed the bedsheets? Probably yes. The point is not if they had changed them, it's that the cleanliness was overlooked. The location is not great because there too many accommodations around and hence it is noisy all the time.
