I had a very disappointing experience at this Zostel. The staff were extremely uncooperative and had a bad attitude throughout my stay. They were rude when asked for basic assistance and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. On top of that, the cleanliness was below standard — the bedsheet provided was dirty and clearly not changed before my arrival. Overall, the vibe was unwelcoming, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly stay.

Great staff, food, comfortable bed, and warm rooms with epic views. It also had a good social atmosphere. The bathrooms weren’t always clean, the bins weren’t emptied daily (at least in my room), and there was often missing toilet paper. But it was still a comfortable level of clean, especially for the price :)

Only location...rest services were shit... That lady receptionist was worst in communication... Till date the worst experience I have got is in zostel.. Hosteller provided far better services then this zostel.. The experience was bad just coz of that lady receptionist at zostel goshal road Supporting staff is not at all helpful.. They told me we cannot even take food from their cafe on fourth floor to 2nd floor to our room.. Then they played music at night arround 11-12 pm... Worst experience at zostel old manali goshal road

The room and the view were the best part of the stay. The rooms and the premises were clean. The staff was ignorant. Water bottles for subsequent days stay was not provided until multiple rounds of follow up. The location wasn’t great either. Food was tasty, but found scotch bright piece on my dosa on the last day of stay.
