It's a good hotel with decent facilities. Hot and cold AC was working well and hot water was available round the clock. Hotel canteen was also good. Toilet was very clean and bed was also very clean. It could have been clean, particularly the bed area. Lot of dust on the floor and corners. There is no MAT outside the bathroom. It's location is also a bit problematic if you want to rely on walking. About 2.5 kilometres steep climb is needed to get to the hotel. However, auto drivers know the location very well. It costs Rs. 250 from mall road.

Super nice personnel, quickly reacting to solve problems. Beautiful views from the balcony. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. The room was spacious and very well equipped. The only problem may be the location, far from city centre, with a rugged road. It can get pricy to get there.

Most terrible thing is not getting the breakfast when 2 families of my friends who also checked in with doing the same booking from booking.com got included breakfast and the members in their family was also more than my family member. Whereas I was not allowed , this is as the most of embracing when they paid only Rs 1000 for 4 days and I was told to pay itemwise. I told them I will also pay Rs 1000 please include my room for the breakfast but no one listened. Very bad experience never had in any hotel. Member of family with 4 paid less than member with family 3. Something really wrong. It is a standard with good hotels to have breakfast included , we were three families totally 10 people. Two families got breakfast included and my family of three didn’t got breakfast included. I requested that I have also done similar booking from booking.com and as not allowed the breakfast. Not a good customer centric hotel, why I will book again.

Great place best hotel I ever watched, I love this place a lot , review theme based hotel and good view of balcony , 3types of rooms, good food, playing zone, big lawns and sitting area, born fire available, hidimba devi temple is very close and at walking distance of 5 mins, u will love it a lot

I was in manali for a event and we choose hotel smuggler for our stay. Really very good hotel at very peaceful location with a great view of Snow covered mountains. After our event when back to hotel we have great with friends in there lawn with bonfire and music . Really very good hotel with beautiful room, playing zone , zym and lots of other things.

Very Good Experience nice place for solo girls

The room is clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing. The kettle in the room very helpful. I always look for a property with wifi. In this property wifi was listed in facilities but it did not work. I complained and was promised that it will be fixed, but it was not fixes during our entire stay. The hotel is located a bit far away from the old and new city. The road to the hotel is extremely steep. Guest should be aware on that. The location and the name of the hotel in Booking.com is different from the real name and location. It was hard to find it. Even taxi driver was confusedץ

The hotel staff went out of the way to provide great value We were stuck in manali for 3 days during the landslide disaster Manali was cut of from the rest of the world and the hotel took excellent care of us

Excellent stay , A bit away from Mall road but near Hadimba devi temple.The hotel is quite new, everything worked in the pleasantly large room .food was so good . The view from the room is awesome..they have a lot of other activities like playing zone, Gym , lawn etc . Overall a very good experience and highly recommended.

The front staff were great. The noise levels from both the guests and cleaning staff
