Staff was helpful and nice. Hotel was clean and food was great as well. In deluxe room, Bed was not too comfortable. And there was no room heating which made the stay uncomfortable during peak winter.

Everyone associated with Aloka Resort is commited to make your stay, a memorable one. The view from the balcony is merzmerising. You probably would want to hang out in the balcony the whole day. Food is super. Highly customized for you. Great place to stay in Manali if you travel with family or alone. just a few mins away from Mall road by car

Luxurious bed shits, furniture and amenities. Loved the food they serve (room service positive). The owner and staff are very nice, hospitable and will help with anything you need. Super clean!

Staff behaviour was very good. Located uphill away from mall road, difficult to reach by walking. Local auto/taxi refuse to go to this place. Also property is slightly overpriced, should include breakfast at this rate.

The property was in an amazing location with views of the snow capped mountains and the Beas river. The staff were polite, courteous and attentive. The food was delicious! I had become unwell during the stay and the staff really looked after us and accommodated us with additional night’s stay. The property is quite new and has onsite parking and isn’t far from Manali. Will definitely stay at the property again should I return to Manali. The mattress was a bit harder than my liking but no issues sleeping. They weren’t able to accept my international credit card.

The food is excellent. Room are spacious and well designed . The staff is very helpful and warm. Service is awesome . Alcohol wasn’t available at the property.
