1. The room was clean. 2. The washroom was clean. 3. The floor was made of wood and other wooden structures were there. That made it insulated and comfortable even if it was cold outside. 4. One more plus point is that the hotel is located literally at the starting of the Mall Road, which made it easy to access the mall road market. 5. The cleaning staff and the Room Service were outstanding. 1. You won't get an electric kettle in your room. 2. No cloth washing is allowed. It's in the hotel policy.

The hotel staff is very unprofessional and least cooperative. They don't give complete toiletries and shampoo.

Centrally located. In house restaurant and bar. Reasonable rates. The room didn't have any kind of view. Almost packed from all sides.

Only location and price. There are better places to sleep in Manali. Very noisy accommodation. There is a nightclub on the ground floor, the loud music did not allow us to sleep. Long into the night, our windows and bed vibrated from loud music. Pretty dirty bed, check the reviews on google.
