Noisy not clean and over priced

I CANNOT say enough GOOD things about the staff in the mornings. Lisa and Rachel (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) were BEYOND incredible. I came in every morning with my 2 kids and purebred good girl. Lisa helped my girls with anything they needed at the breakfast bar, including m&ms for my youngest and sausages when she asked and they weren't out. Rachel literally jumped at the chance to hold the leash for our maizey girl so I could fix myself a plate. I haven't had hospitality like this since we were in Oklahoma. They were an absolute ray of sunshine for us and definitely need a raise. So grateful they were there to turn our not so great start to vacation around. Thank you so much ladies, your kindness was appreciated more than I can ever say!!!

Location was perfect for us ..near the airport. Breakfast was OK. Not a whole lot of selection but I'm not a big breakfast guy. Coffee maker in the room would've been nice. Maybe a few more breakfast selections.

First time in Virginia and also first time at a Hilton. Breakfast was great and there was a good variety of items to choose from. We would definitely recommend to others .

Great hotel.

Convenient location near historic Manassas and Burnside Farm where we visited and enjoyed the sunflowers. The staff were friendly and the hotel is clean and feels modern. Our corner King room was comfortable and we had no issues bringing our dog. Breakfast was good. No issues or complaints.

The staff were fantastic and rooms spotless. We were very close to the things we wanted to do, so traffic was no problem. Definitely will book here again.

Breakfast was awesome

The hotel is good in many ways. The streamingTV had been knocked offline by a thunderstorm. The staff told me it had been fixed three times, but it never was operable. I understand that can happen but should have been offerred another room with a working TV.

I like that the room had no carpet. When I stay in a hotel, that is what grosses me out the most. I always wonder how well it’s cleaned or if it has been cleaned at all. The plank flooring seems cleaner and like it would be easier for staff to clean. Also, it doesn’t go out of style quickly. This is helpful too if you have allergies. The bathrooms are bright, beautiful, and clean. There was nothing that I didn’t like. We loved everything.

Nice surprises at this hotel, first experience with the Tru by Hilton brand. Appreciated the Hilton Honors welcome bag with water and snack. Room very comfortable and clean, softest sheets ever. Handle on glass shower door was broken making it a little challenging to get in and out of the shower. Breakfast was very good. Made to order self serve automated pancake machine was a trip. Delicious pancakes! Also nice oatmeal bar. Loved egg white frittata and Lavazza coffee. Wished the yogurt machine had been working. Did not have time to use the very cool provisions in the lobby (snacks, drinks, wine for purchase) or the nice assortment of games available to guests. Would definitely stay again. Good value for price. Thanks!!

The best shower I had ever had! Staff was outstanding. Recommend highly.

We only stayed for one night for a concert but I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were super clean, we had no issues with parking, & the breakfast was great!
