IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOUNTAIN It was cold

We arrived at 16.00. The rooms were not ready. The owner had a broken leg and told us that the restaurant was closed. We had not been informed of it. We had reserved the hotel out of town because the restaurant was available in loco. A man showed us the rooms. We had to climb a very narrow spiral stair. We asked for help to take our luggage to the rooms (we are not young) but the man did not seem available. He opened a room and there was a smell of humidity. It was not possible for us to stay in that hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Keep in mind that there is no front desk nor staff that welcomes you but it has two gentlemen who are very friendly even though they don’t speak any English Everything was amazing about this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. It is interesting and cosy place. The breakfast was OK. Our room was on the top floor and it was too hot. There is no air conditioner, just a fen.

this hotel has a very special atmosphere with all the artwork and knick-knacks on display. the view is good. when a larger lorry passes by all windows rattle

beyond criticism, strange owner without basic knowledge of English, no food or drink service, no breakfast, in short inappropriate and too expensive, unfortunately I do not recommend to anyone

Very friendly staff and very good restaurant with affordable prices. For a visit to Terme Saturnia, the location was good, but there was nothing else interesting in the village. Simple rooms with very small bathrooms. The WC was not attached to the floor and nearly fell over. The breakfast was typical italian with coffee and biscuits. I did get bread though, when I asked.

Such a cozy historical house to crash the night. Gianluca is its friendly host and makes sure you are well looked after including a decent homemade dinner. Stupendous natural environment and outdoor chilling area Breakfast (only sweets) and dessert quality can be improved

We arrived well before the official check-in time, but the staff were very friendly and let us check in early. After a trip to Terme Saturnia, we returned to the hotell and had some aperitivi in the hotell bar, which was very cosy with outdoor tables. Later we returned for dinner and all three of us had an excellent piece of beef with red wine at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was typical italian; coffee and biscuits and a piece of fruit cake. Not ideal for a diabetic! I did though ask for bread which they brought to me, and I brought my own ham as well as cheese, so I could make sandwiches. We asked for more coffee that was generously provided.Whem we were to pay for our visit, they wanted €5:- more than my reservation stated at Booking.com, but when I referred to my booking, I got the correct price. The rooms were clean although simple, with quite small bathrooms. The toilet in my room was loose (not attached to the floor), so I was afraid that it might fall over. I missed an information brochure in the room, providing restaurant opening hours, when breakfast was served and WiFi connection details. Lastly, it would be nice with a more healthy breakfast.
