Big parking space but very hot direct sunlight Not so clean, with roaches, flush not working, charged me 100.00 per room for 12:15 checkout.

No blankets! Only a sheet. I was VERY cold even with the air-conditioning off. Staff was cordial but not extremely over welcoming. All in all I still would stay here again. It's definitely a no frill basic hotel but cheap, clean, air-conditioning and hot water working.

The price I paid for my room was totally worth it since the hotel is really clean and the rooms are big. They also have a fully air-conditioned lobby where you can relax and chat with friends! Location is also very convenient because Insular Mall is just a few steps away with multiple stores, restaurants, and banks. Overall, my stay was excellent and hassle free!
