Simple room, clean and comfortable. Good WiFi No charging stations near the bed, the hotel and the rooms were quite dated and everything in the room (sheets, towels included) felt quite old. The woman at the front desk gave me barely any information when I checked in and she told me the airport is an hour away when it really is about 15 minutes

The size and the universal plugins The tub and shower were very high to climb into. The air conditioner did not cool well even on high setting

I was so pleasantly surprised. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. It's an older hotel but great bed. Hot water. I was in a deluxe room. Full refrigerator. Sink. Microwave. Quite frankly I was shocked. Great value. If I would put anything on the wish list it would be to have breakfast included but for the price I can't complain. Definitely will stay here again! No breakfast included option on booking.com choice. They desk said there is breakfast available though at hotel.

the breakfast included was great. The staff was very nice and I would stay there again. I felt safe when wondering around after dark. The front desk and the Restaurant staff was very good. Thank you Nothing note worthy to put into this space.

WiFi didn’t work on the last day

Decent property and fairly well maintained. It was nice to have a space for a kitchen sink and refrigerator. The staff seemed preoccupied with those on the staff (I would guess) preparing for the festival. The toilet tank had to be bumped each time it was flushed to refill the water.

The location is perfect. The entire bathroom it needs to redone.

The hallway gets REALLY dark in the midnight, you'll literally need a flashlight to go to the elevator area.

The bed and the room is very comfortable and clean. The staff are great and the food at the restaurant is very good including the breakfast which I enjoyed. I will return to Alpa City Suites again.

The staff were very accommodating and kind, you get what you pay for, location is good though not much shops nearby, have to walk at least 300 meters for a convenience store. TV was not working, room is a bit dark, curtain in the bathroom was smelly

Clean room; comfortable huge bed; quiet; friendly and accommodating staff; great refrig. and a/c. There a little bid of mold in the shower caulking that needs to be removed.

Locks were broken to the door. Had to be escorted each time in and out of the hotel. Dead flies on the floor. No one at front desk available during check out. No explanation of tv/ wifi or the restaurant. No menu in the room. Tv was broken. Definitely needs to be remodeled. Room did not match the photos.
