It’s cleanliness and the place is quiet. It is also very near to supermarket and public market. They don’t provide indoor slippers and no microwave oven to reheat the food. Though i’m not sure if there’s one in the front desk. And no cold drinking water.

accessible.. fast wifi i must say- was able to work while staying here. smooth check-in. mugs were dirty- there were black stains.. no drinking water in the floor we are staying- had to go down to "fetch" water.. no shampoo/conditioner/toothpaste, just 2 small soaps..

Nothing. Probably just spacious. Although the room is spacious, it definitely felt extremely subpar. The bathroom is dirty af like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks, the beds and the sheets doesn't feel clean at all. We even had to request for a different pillow since the ones they had already in the room has a stain on it. The cabinets smells like wet wood and chemicals. No toiletries as stated on the room details aside from a towel. The kitchen sink had some stains on it too. The only nice thing was probably the elevator. The TV is extremely grainy, you can't even connect it to the internet nor was it connected to cable. They asked for a security deposit (1k pesos) which we weren't informed beforehand, they returned it once we checked out but still... A security deposit for what? If anything, we should be the one getting the security deposit for that poor excuse of an inn.

The water pressure was very low… I complain about this to the staff and what they said was.. it’s like that since the tank is trying to refill its water. The fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed at all. The bathroom was filthy…

The bed is large. Aircon works fine. The Buidling has its own elevator. The room size is fine. The Bathroom stinks as it had some leaks on the pipes of the toilet or something. The room reeks and stinks.

Price ok. Noise from street and dogs. Else ok quiet.Bed was hard and uncomftable. Quilt was an old fiber cloth.
