Big rooms,good breakfast. The staff very accommodating and we like that you can do early check-in and late check out… Outdated a bit of the bathroom

Staff is great. Very welcoming luggage guy. Rooms are amortized. Ants in the room. Bathrooms are not comfortable and very old style.

Hot water finally after 12 days in different locations with only cold water coming out of the hot taps. Staff were excellent. Wifi was poor as my room was right down the end of the hotel

Staff, Room, Breakfast, Amenities were all fantastic, especially for the price. Very very happy and would recommend to anyone, especially if you have children. Wifi in the room was inconsistent, some places in the room did not receive any signal.

Nothing Breakfast is very poor, only soup or porridge and rice. Dessert is also only 2 types. Not suitable for 4-star hotel quality

Well lit room with a nice virw to the city, best location from/to airport,

Was attending event on site. Dirty, stairway had not been swept or cleaned in a while. Check in very inefficient, clerk left several times to attend to other customers, they should have had a second clerk on duty. Especially with a line of people checking in.
