the attitude of the receptionist were so rude . The room was not clean .they haven't refunded us and haven't informed there rules before I paid the amount .they are discriminating people based on their religion and caste I'm extremely disappointed and upset with my experience at Surya Hotel. We booked a room online and confirmed it without any issues, but things took a drastic turn when we arrived at the hotel. The receptionist asked about our caste and when we refused to disclose, they denied us accommodation. This is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. We were not informed about any such policy during booking, and it's shocking that a hotel can get away with such practices. What's even worse is that they didn't offer a refund or an apology. They simply told us to leave and didn't provide any assistance. It's clear that they prioritize their biased policies over customer satisfaction and basic human rights. I would strongly advise against staying at Surya Hotel due to their discriminatory practices. It's unfortunate that such hotels exist, and I hope they take necessary actions to change their policies and treat customers with respect..

Staff behaviour Hotel bed was damaged, bathroom was full of ants, hotel room walls and ceiling were dilapidated. All together waste of money

We stayed for two days and they have demanded 3000 rupees for two days .But during the check out time one staff asked to pay an additional 200 rupees due to online booking . This is humiliating
