The hotel is nice. The rooms are big and quiet and the beds are comfortable. There is no longer a free breakfast or free parking. Parking costs about $20 per day. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very convenient if you are visiting K-state.

Have not stayed in 2 year. Now have to pay for parking and now have to pay for breakfast. First room a/c broken, lights in bathroom broken and door hanger broken. The second room phone did not work wires pulled out of wall and tv remote broken and refrigerator leaking water. The staff was great though. The rooms need to be upgraded.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I travel for business and stay in at least 3 hotels a week, and the staff at this hotel are the best! The rooms are clean, quiet, the ac works great. The location is busy and can be noisy, but it shut down about 9:00pm and was quiet after that. I only wish I traveled to Manhattan more often.

Location. Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Parking spots are small and the Lott is cramped. The attached bar has expensive drinks.

I was surprised with the parking. $17 a night! Won't return. I'm done!

Checkin was easy. Conveniently located near campus, restaurants, and nightlife.

Location to Aggieland, Kansas State Campus, and fraternity house. TV was broken, lights did not work on two lamps, AC unit was loud when on....compressor is more than likely going out.

Our second visit to this hotel and room sizes are great! Location is amazing. Paying $10 for an average breakfast seems like a stretch. The breakfast is equivalent to and possibly worse then any chain that offers free breakfast. Parking was quite expensive. Our shower took 5-10min of running to get hot.

Great location. The rooms are large. Desk clerk was great when we returned to the desk after check in due to the bed not being made. Room was quiet. The hotel is starting a renovation! Upon entering the 1st room, 1 of the 2 beds had no sheets on it at all. The clerk immediately changed us to a new room. Bathroom shower had moldy caulking.

After moving twice to find a room with working refrigerator and A/C, they put us in a room where everything worked.

Overall, a good experience. One main issue that isn’t advertised is parking - no free parking for anyone who stays there, which is a more recent change apparently. It’s an extra 20 dollars to park… it seems like a hidden fee they don’t share with you until after you reserved the room.
