Prime location and value for money. There should be options where guests can make arrangement with booking changes through actual management. I have to cut my stay short due to an emergency but since I settled the booking via a booking app, the management has to redirect everything to that channel.

Good location and there are many restaurants/shops nearby It’s old and only one elevator ( slow ) , room not fully prepared like I have to bay for the kitle and no cups or spoon available

The location is excellent and is the main reason I stay in this place. The staff and the security guards are generally friendly. For the first time since I have been using this place since almost one year now, they asked me for a security deposit. This is not a problem - however, they were not ready to give me a deposit receipt or acknowledgement - which I had to insist on as the usual hotel practice. Moreover, they wanted me to deposit my official ID, which is actually illegal, so I refused to do so. Lastly, I had to check-out early on Saturday to catch a flight, and they had to wake up someone so that I can get my deposit back. They should get their act together if they want to enhance being professional.

- There were a lot of cocroaches and other insects in the room. Aircondition was very old and noisy and there was no chance to sleep when IT was working. IT was the worst place I ever visited.

I like that it has a strategic location. It was very near to the venue of the conference I attended and it was also surrounded by food places and stores where I can buy my necessities. I was also easy to locate on Google maps. There were minor inconveniences like the door sometimes was difficult to open with the key. There were no hangers in the closet and the rod where you're supposed to hang your clothes was too high for anyone to reach.

The place is clean. We ordered out food and delivery was great. The check out part because with a kid and Senior, we were not told that we were cleared to leave. We had to follow up 2 times. The first time I asked, receptionist did not follow up, only when she was asked the 2nd time.
