Tv not working, bed sheets too small for bed, no soap etc, Tap not working, knob for shower not working properly, mattress really hard, pillow, zero support. There was nothing I liked about it except the staff did try their best. Staffs are good and would try to help you with your complaints. Everything in the room. There are bedbugs, bedsheets had hairs on it, old facilities, no phone in the room so you have to go personally to the reception when you need something, Bad reception of the TV with just a few channels, weak WiFi, dirty bathroom, and the list just goes on...

The TV was a smart internet TV that has a screencast function. Ditch the TV plus box. It has a shower heater which was sufficiently warm. The room looks a little untidy. The aircon cover is loose. Some of the bolts and screws in the bathroom were also loose. Although there are relatively a lot of wifi options in the location, its reception was erratic. No mobile signal inside the property. The bathroom smells. There was also a small brick of soap used by the previous user. But it really smells. No exhaust.

The toilet i pump for half n hour to fix that

The hotel looks like a haunted house. Terrible smell in the rooms, the place is unkept. The only thing good about the place is the location everything else is zero. Everything was terrible, noisy air conditioner , dirty cabinets and bathroom, taped wire for hot water. Old towels. I even asked for a refund but they refused so I had to let someone move me cos I couldn’t stand the place another night.

Front desk staff was courteous Room wasn't clean. Toilet bowl didn't have a seat cover. Linens didn't smell fresh.

Nice location and friendly staff. The room and bed are big. The aircon is too noisy

None Worst Customer service

Large space Facility is substandard and not worth the price. There are lots of damage in its infrastracture. Broken tiles. Deteriorated cabinet. Cheap table and chairs ( mere monoblock)

What i've liked most is, its location where it is near the venue of my appointment. Lobby: Dark, unappealing, way far compared to other establishments Staff: staff on duty at the lobby were sleeping on the floor behind the front desk when we arrived, making us wonder where the staff are and even knock on the front desk to get the attention of the staff. I am just concerned about the security of the tenants, no guard on duty, no staff at the lobby. It's an easy access for the thief or such people who may cause harm inside the establishment. Contact information: with contact number but it is directed to a voice recorded conversation, the customer representative was unresponsive making me lose all my cellphone load without even talking to hotel staff regarding my request, my concerns and queries. Room: we've booked a deluxe room based on the photos on their website. It was good....for advertisement.upon arrival at the hotel for our early check-in, due to unavailability of the room we've booked, we were given an option to avail their suite room of course with our consent for additional on our payment. If we talk about suite room, we can expect it to be great, a room with all the amenities of a hotel can offer. But it is just the opposite. No television, refrigerator, toiletries, no proper mattresses, bedding, pillows, the bed is just rushly made. Cabinets were full of stuffs and i think it was converted to a stock room. Dusty table, kitchen top, cabinets, non functioning water heater, dirty faucet knobs, rusty and full of water marks. Food access: no cafeteria nor small canteen.

I like Mr. Renald Vilando.. He is so good with us and approachable. Easy to ask favors from him in everything we need.. Will surely comeback here.. Obviously none.. The place is near in our training. There's a mini stop outside the hotel.
