The staff assisted me with my luggage The booking.com didn't inform me well, the property manager/staff that pick me up said, they weren't in booking.com from February 2025. I reached the place at 12:30 am and guess what? I had no room and I have to pay another one to get a place to stay. I am tired, frustrated and hungry. When I came they told me the situation. Which is I dont like. It's Hussle and stressed me out big time. I cannot give a good rating from a really really bad experience and I am still waiting for my refund. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This is terrible kind of experience for someone who only stayed for some hours to sleep and rest.

They didn’t have my booking when I arrived… they offered me a different/ more expensive room, or a full refund. I accepted the refund and still a month later, I didn’t receive it yet…

I booked two rooms for almost 600 PHP because it showed that they had a special offer. However, when we arrived at the location, there were no available rooms for us. Luckily, we were able to find available rooms nearby. The hotel only refunded me 25 PHP, which is unacceptable. Be careful when booking with OYO. A booking like this should not even exist on Booking.com.

They don't show up. They don't have office and they contact number they put not exist it's a scam

The worker is a scammer. If they saw you with a foreigner they would ask double payment. It was really a shameful act they did. Please be careful everyone.

no satisfaction I checked my credit card has been debited! The hotel lady also said that I didn't pay, and he still charged me and said that I didn't pay! You have to charge me another 703 Taiwan dollars for accommodation! I reacted to OYO! Outside the company, go ahead, my accommodation confirmation has been cancelled, they want to charge me a double fee and bully me because they think I am a foreigner? Please don't come here to consume, it is a fraudulent group! I thought he didn’t charge, no teapot, no nothing, no microwave, nothing, and a bunch of cockroaches at night. I’ve stayed in mixed bed hotels, and 400P a day is better than this.

i like the property Becouse of the location Accesable for everything i didnt like tge service is Poor , They dont have any Like Towel , soap, toothbrush sleeper , Its Empty , The Bathroom is Dirty need to scrab the tyles , theres no Toilet paper too, How to covience to Extend my stay ???? So im not Extend my room, I check inn in Red Planet Hotel which is Very Good service everything is clean ang organize well

I like the bathroom because it has cold and hot water. The service is super delayed. We wait for almost 5 hours so that they can change the bed sheet because it is so dirty and there is an unpleasant smell but in the end they transfer us into another room.

Location and price is good. room has cockroach and old bathroom bathroom and pest in the room

The room is so dirty. The CR has alot of Cockroaches and there is still poop in the Toilet bowl

location everything about it, even the bathroom sink was broken, an accidental nudge will fall it off, bed linens are with stains

the location is great. too many cockroaches. and two just bit me while im asleep. specially in the toilet you have to say excuse to the roaches. very dirty linen. i think they did not change it from previous renter.

Stayed here for a night while my other cousins stayed on the second room that we booked. The room rate was competitive and a lot cheaper than other condotel we tried prior
