I like that it’s near malls and restaurants. The amenities were broken, the comfort room door was creaky, the shower was often cold, and the staff did not even bother to address fixing the foul smell of cigarettes inside the elevator.

the location was okay. They charged hidden fees that were never disclosed on Booking.com. I chose this property because of the price advertised online, but upon arrival, they demanded more than what was stated on the site. They also claimed to offer Wi-Fi, yet admitted it wasn’t working when we got there. When we asked for a refund since we refused to stay under these conditions, they flatly denied it. Instead, they insisted we should have called them directly rather than booking online. This shows they do not respect Booking.com’s platform and mislead customers. I strongly urge Booking.com to remove them from the listing, as they clearly prefer bypassing the site and deceiving guests with false promises.

Near malls, restaurant, and public commute. At night, the surrounding area can get quite noisy due to nearby bars. The shower has low water pressure. There are no garment hangers provided. No utensils are available. The two bed pillows are already quite worn out and have become flat.

It is a good hotel. No problem. I like that they accommodated me with late check in, even tho, they didnt respond to my message about getting in after midnight, from the bus. It could use a bar fridge to cool water. Other rooms i have stayed at here, were same. Good value, and near Robinsons mall.
