The staff was very considerate since i am with my mother whose a senior. The staff transferred us to a room where my mother don't need to use stairs and with CR also. Thank you

Very accommodating staffs, the ac at the unit is working fine The building itself has structural issues, i saw multiple columns that is almost diagonal in shape. Also the water heater at the unit is not working good, it will burn you when you shower while it is on because no cold water supply climbing up the shower to balance the water temperature. The door of the t&b is accordion type door without lockset

• I called the property the night before our arrival and asked if we could check in early, around 3:00 AM. The staff informed me that it would be okay. However, when we arrived, another staff member told us that early check-in would only be available at 7:00 AM. We had to wait on a small sofa, and after about 2–3 hours, they finally allowed us to check in. • They did not inform us that exceeding the check-out time would result in additional charges. • There was a lot of pubic hair on the bed and in the comfort room, which was very unhygienic. • The shower head holder was broken, so we could not properly hang the shower head while using it. • During our stay, it rained and we noticed a leak in the ceiling. • There were many cats roaming around the facility, and some of them stayed on the tables where guests sit and eat. • We also requested an Official Receipt for our meal, but it was not provided.
